Tara is a certified Reiki Master trained in the Usui Reiki tradition, with over 250 hours of hands-on practice and more than five years of experience guiding others on their healing journeys. Whether you’re seeking deep relaxation, energetic balance, or a boost in overall well-being, Tara creates a calm, grounded space for you to reconnect with your natural vitality.
